hi I am a father of 4 years old boy he is not eating honey and even avoiding milk what is the best solution for this.

A. Hello mom it’s ok if at times they have their preferences it could be just a phase or his choice as well , try to change the form of these food and observe such as if he is not taking milk then you can change the form of it like offer curds , kheer or in porridge, panner etc . Honey can be used as substitute for refined white sugar
