Q.

Hi, I am 3months pregnant.. My doctor suggested combination of ZINC & FOLIC acid supplement, and Vitamin B-Complex syrup and vomikind tablets... After using this medicine I am facing constipation problem. Can anyone suggest what can I do?

A. there is no relation to constipation the medicines what you are using to relieve constipation take adequate water and all green leafy vegetables is possible some seasonal fruits also . .

A. Hi parent please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi fresh fruit juice nimbu pani coconut water etc please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour
