Hi! I am 3 months pregnant and fell tightness in my breast. what is the cause and how to fix it?

It’s difficult to say why are you feeling tightness but currently you can do hot compress that is going to be helpful for you and apart from that I would recommend you to kindly check with your gynaecologist on this the problem that you’re facing the doctor would be able to give you proper advice on that
