hi, i am 24 week pregnant.recently in GTT test report it showed diabetic. but on testing fbs and pbbs it showed normal, still Dr asked to test again after 1 month as this is border line. please suggest me healthy food that i can take. i am a vegetarian.

A. Hi dear mom Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Avoid eating sugary foods and drinks. Get ur test done again. If on the border line can be controlled easily. So no need to worry
