hi I am 10 week pregnant ...i am not able to sleep at night till 4 and feel sleepy whole day...if I don't sleep at day than also can't sleep should I go to my gynecologist

A. hi mom u should try to avoid having tea coffee in the evening .. cut ur screen time specially in the night ... do meditation yoga .. have easily digestible food
