hi,how we come to know that mother milk is sufficient for baby or not?plz answer me

A. hello you can check on the baby growth and if baby gaining a minimum of 600 gram to 800 gram per month then it is a clear indication the baby is getting sufficient milk before 6 months and after 6 months the baby would also require other semi solid food and liquid base food in the diet
