Hi Good morning Three months old baby nausea while breastfeeding and sleeping time in past two days ? Please advise

A. Namaste Mom, One is take care of your diet as such , and prefer easy to digest foods only , as what ever you consume would have a direct effect on the quality of the feed as such other is elevate the baby head a little while feeding
