from last 3 days my baby passes 7-8 stool in a day.when ever she drink milk or eat something within a second she passes stool with a sound her stomach make a sound every time. her stool is green in color and very stinky what I give her to control her stool. she losses 600gm in 3 days.

it may be due to certain food allergy...rule out allergent food substance and omit it from diet.

Or  if your baby was ill recently, his stomach can be a bit out of order....give probiotics.. offer some curd, buttermilk. 
if no improvement consult with paediatrician

Hello mom 
This can be because of teething. You can give entrogermina drops it is probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. You can give it twice a day. Don’t give milk for next few days. Rather than normal milk you can give soya milk to your baby. Still doesn’t get relief then consult your paediatrician.
