hi, for my baby almost 11 months old now, i have started giving him one time feed of cow milk and the other 2 times formula milk. Am i doing this right? why is it said that animal milk not to be given before 1 year?

A. Hello mom animal milk can be gradually been introduced thats after 9-10 months onwards it can be given in a cooked form such as ghee c custard or in porridge etc .. as in the whole milk needs to be introduced from one year onwards for better digestion
