Hi Expert my son is 13 month old please suggest if I can add cheese to his diet also please share which brand should we use

Cheese can be given from the age of 7 to 8 months itself and according to the India brand the most common is Amul and it’s a good brand to go over so you can add cheese into your child’s food and I use Amul personally so I would suggest you to go for Amul
