Hi everyone, my 3.5yr kid is so active but fussy at food n have burps always .. doctor suggested happy tummy jellies however still he is having the same issue

A. good morning it is advisable to also try to give the child ajwain water everyday in the morning on empty stomach I would recommend that you should try to give covered with lunch by adding salt and bhuna jeera
