I have 9 months 15 days twin boy and girl.My boy is not responding to his name when I called him while playing,engaged in some work.But he responds to advertisements in tv while he was playing also.I am worried about autism these days so many children affecting this.Please reply me I am so tensed that why my baby is not responding.

wait till one year. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a  pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

So Is your girl very well responding to the name that’s another question see kids normally learn to respond properly to the name after the age of 1.5 years only and also if you’re calling your child with different different name then they can get confused so you just call your child by one name like a formal name you must have kept that would be easiest if you feel that your child may be having some issue then you should consult your doctor mostly by the age of 1 to 1.5 years only we can be sure about it because if the child is not making an eye contact not responding to name and all these things then we can think that it could be a sign for autism
