ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It might be viral fever due to change of weather so repeat the dose after every four to five hours interval and keep monitoring temperature of the baby and give more liquids and light and easily digestible foods

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. U Can also do Thande Paani ki patti regularly now since the fever is more so you can repeat use paracetamol for your child again after six hours if it is required and also you can start doing Thande Paani ki patti immediately that will help
