Hi Dr, What type foods can added my food routine for my babies weight gaining??

A. dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother, have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. have almonds and flaxseed. have adequate water intake.
