hi dr my son is 3month old his left leg is vibrating dnt no why after 3month his nose is blocked every night I have to put nasal spray

A. try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold as well as nasal blockage and give only breastfeeding to the child and nothing else. this can occur due to hypocalcemia so if shivering is present kindly take a video and meet with your doctor
