A. hi your baby is 20 months old now language milestone delay is common and you need to speak with her frequently and encourage her to speak and use audio and video of rhymes and pictorial books for better understanding of language

A. Hi dear good afternoon this is how it starts By 9months to 1yeat they just say mama, papa. By 15 months will understand whatever we say and will observe more. By 18 months they speak few meaningful words amma appa papa mamma thattha.. After two years they make combinations of words like amma give, amma take, appa go, mama come.. Later they make sentences. It will take time for them to speak complete full sentences. Just keep talking more to your kid.
