Hi Dr..My child is 3 years old..Since her birth we were giving vitamin D drops upto 6 month .Now her teeth are decayed and white like calcium deficiency. Can we give calcium supplement

A. hi you can give it after consulting your pediatrician. at home, please offer calcium rich food like ragi,nuts , dairy products etc more. keep your child well hydrated. avoid giving RO water. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
