Hello mom your is now eligible for solids as per how well he is been with his semi solids by now .. wheat can be introduced in form of wheat Dalia , millets such as ragi , bajra can be give , oats as well . Soft idli will also be good . Dals variety can be given as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables
