Hi Dr, my 5 months old baby suffering from cold and runny nose and he has little fever 100.8 , I gave him paracetamol 5mg and wikoriyl drops but he hasn't any improvement please Doctor suggest me best advice TIA

stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops.
If fever idms high grade than do tepid sponging using tap or room temperature water.
Consult your paedritician if Difficulty breathing or fast breathing
Dehydration
Fever that lasts longer than 4 days
