hi dr .. m breast feeding mother... my random sugar level is 83 after delivery , 4 month 95... now my baby is 5 months old i checked it's 136 after dinner .. is it normal or high?? .. dr suggest avoid sweets another 2 months ... m in risk zone or wt??? wt to do .. dr suggest avoid only sweets ...

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
