Q.

Hi Dr I feel more pain after having sex I had 2 deliveries and recently I got fever and I had a test and I had urine infection can you please tell me what to do to avoid this infection

A. You should drink more and more water and maintain good hygiene and avoid wearing tight lowers or underwear and have coconut water and eat curd daily atleast one bowl of curd and take precautions while intimating with your partner
