Q.

hi doctor..today done 2 and half month vaccination at 6.30pm I given paracetamol drop to baby and every day I am giving vitmin d3 1ml drop to baby at night .should I give now ...shal I wait for 24hr

A. Fever is a response of the bovcdy to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
