hi doctor, the baby is 8 months old, is developing mild fever from few days , but it is not constant. body temperature is fluctuating. I can feel the temperature but in thermometer it's not showing up. could this be viral? he has hurt himself with his teeth in the mouth 2 days ago.

A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above. Just breast feed well... Maintain comfortable room temperature,
