Hi Doctor's I'm having a 4months 18days old kid I'm having hair fall after my pregnancy vani know the reasons and solution for it

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you should take Calcium and Iron supplements keep yourself when hydrated and take proper proteins in the diet along with using sulphate free shampoo for yourself to prevent hair fall

Apply coconut oil mixed with onion juice on the scalp to stop hair from falling. U can also buy mamaearth onoin hair oil for urself. Have diet rich in protein to control hairfall.. Do not tie ur hair too tightly as this can break your hair
