ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having a mild cough so give him Ascoril Ls 10 drops three times a day and indirect steam inhalation too

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of gviral infection or seasonal flu where most of the tyime supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
