hi doctor my son was 1year5months yesterday night onwards 100 temperature fever I gave mefast100 then he came to normal temperature but morning again he had 100 fever which syrup I use please suggest

A. pcm for now. Temperature more tham 99 is fever. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
