Hi doctor ,my son tugging his ear since morning and not allowing me to touch his left ear and when he is asleep I saw it , it looked as per the image attached . is it wax build up or eat infection. please advise . thank you

A. mere dost ka ladka 4 sal hai wo ek ded sla se bhut bathrum karata hai har dus min me karata hai kya vajha hai samj nae aa rhaa sub test hogaye normal aye kuch nae nikla plz bataeye kya koe pareshani wlai bat hai

A. hi mom. I can't see any kind of image attached along with this question. but if you feel the child is having ear pain or infection it's better to consult to the pediatrician as a child is not allowing to touch the year it means that child has been the year so take him to the pediatrician and you can go according to their advice
