hi doctor, my son suffering from night cough since 1 month, we also approached nearest doctor, he suggest syrup but no use, please give me suggestion please

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having a night cough so mostly he has a bronchitis and needs syrup Ascoril Ls 2.5 ml three times a day and steam inhalation too
