Hi Doctor, My son's front 3 teeth are decaying.. he is still breastfeeding.He will turn 2 years old in 5 days. What can I do about it? And what could be the reason to it?

A. visit a dentist and get the cavities filled as there is nothing that can be done at home for the existing cavities
