Hi Doctor My son is now 6 month old , if we start feeding him after 5 days (6 month 5 days) , will this harm my baby ? because his annaprashan date is 3rd June. please suggest

A. up to 6 month pediatrician recommed brest feed inly after six month you can give well cooked semisolids fruit puree along with brest milk . dont worry you can start after 5 days also it doenot harm
