hi doctor, my son is not sleeping earlier. he is playing till nyt 12.30 a. m.. sometimes he will sleep after 1a.m..i dnt know how to make him sleep earlier.. once in a day he will sleep for 3 hrs from 12 p.mto 3 p. m.. how I have to change this habit? he is biting me if I m make him to sleep

A. if you wish to make the baby sleep early and do not allow any app in the day time as well as massage the feet of the baby before sleeping you can also give a lukewarm water bath
