hi doctor, my son is having running nose since yesterday, n a bit of cough. i have given him coriminic drops 1 ml thrice a day and can i give cetrizine once a day, but how much ml?

A. Chinese Van near role in his having fever and running nose along with but for now you give syrup Sinarest 5ml 3 times a day and syrup kofarest PD level 3 times a day for three days
