Hi doctor , My son is 7n half months old now..what type of foods I can give him now? should I give semi solid food? pls suggest

please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc I
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
