Hi Doctor, My son is 55 days old and not going motion everyday. From past 10 days he is pooping after 2 r 3 days.He used to go every day until one month.May I need to consult doctor for this?.or it's ok

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. ye sits ok. it s absolutely normal for the baby to not pass stools daily as digestion process can be different for all . If baby does not pass stool even upto 1 week it s not to worry. If more than 1 week and baby has discomfort can use glycerine suppository for relief. No syrup is given for this below 2 years for this issue .
