Q.

Hi doctor, my son is 4 years 6 months old .... he is suffering from stomach infection bcoz of some fish... I have taken medicine from doctor but still after giving medicine also his stomach is aching alot... it's already been two days..... pls reply I am very tensed for him.. for stomach pain doctor gave Calpol syrup, n one antibiotic oflox oz suspension

A. Cyclopam you give instead of paracetamol that your doctor has given this is a proper medicine for stomach pain you can give it twice or thrice a day with a gap of eight hours each other than that with medication that you are falling still if you feel the problem is persisting after five days also then you have to go ahead with further assessment
