Hi Doctor, My Son is 2.4 years old and he is very hyperactive doesn't sit in one place not even for a minute, and doesn't talk, he understands and respond very well....but doesn't talk....kind of worried plz explain what to do or does he need a counselling...

Divert your child’s attention with Babyhug story books and activities. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
