Q.

Hi doctor my son is 18 months old.he is having digestion problem.he cant able to digest food properly.and he passes toilet Day by day and he also have a constipation problem. please suggest the best solution to digest food for him.

A. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake. some foftod like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition. here dthe diet modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.
