My son is 1.4 yrs old almost 2 week back he got stomach and throat infection with vomit amd diarrhoea and now again he got stomach infection with fever, is anything to worry he is getting stomach infection very frequently. he is eating everything home made except oats biscuit like milk roti, french fries, vegetable soup, khichadi.

First of all stop giving milk to the child and no packed foods and avoid giving junk foods and  give only simple home cooked foods and give curd daily to the child and curd rice khichdi banana apple coconut water nimbu paani to the baby

U. Sort your doctor and get a blood test done to know if there is any blood infection also that your child is suffering from because retreating go viral or infection every now and then is not a very good sign so you should just get in touch with your doctor to have a clarity over this
