hi doctor my question is what type of milk should we feed for 1year old baby.. some say Buffalo milk makes stool tight.. some say cow milk is so heat for the body... and regular packet milk dosent have any nutrition.. so plz tell me what should i feed.

Once your baby turns one year old then you should start giving cows milk to your baby. Cow’s milk is considered is very healthy for baby’s growth. Buffaloes milk is considered very thick so it will be difficult for your baby to digest it in the study. So you should start giving cows milk to your baby.
