hi doctor, my kids was suffering from fever, even syrup used , fever not decreasing, can i use wet cloth and he is getting there times from last three months, please suggest me

A. yes, after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature if fever ..Always use room temperature water/tap water..not cool, because shivering can actually raise your baby's temperature rather than help bring it down
