Hi Doctor, My kid is 9 months old now. From which month I can introduce sea food to him? And how to introduce? Thanks in advance Suganya D

Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hello You can introduce sea food after 1nyear. right now you can give egg in different preparations Give fish & chicken. after a month. give home cooked nonveg only. make sure it is cooked well
