hi doctor my kid is 3 y 2 months old he has the phlegm and it was stucked in the throat but no running nose nothing can u suggest me what to do to reduce the phlegm

A. may be flu. Cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and maybe a sign of any viral infection so as a home remedies steam can be started and if the cough worsen then cough syrup like asthakind can be given but if there is any breathing difficulty then a physician should be consulted .
