hi doctor.. my elder daughter is 7years old, she is having fever from yesterday..am giving her half of paracetamol tablet for every 6hours but her temperature is not under control..

A. Hello, your baby girl is 7 months old and she is having a fever so give her 7.5 ml syrup ibugesic plus syrup three times a day for three days and coconut water as well
