hi doctor, my daughter's vitamine D level is 22..is this normal.. want any treatment.

mam , it is at borderline
so I advise to give calcium rich food like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more
avoid giving RO water
give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
