Hi doctor, My daughter is turning 6th month tomorrow and I wanted to start cerelac for her in this month. So I need suggestion on which one to start. Also, can feed her steamed fruits? which fruits can I feed her?

A. If you want to start with package food you can you can go for rice or apple flavour you can try Nestlé or slurp farm both are good and also fruits are not meant to be steamed you are meant to give them in the same way as they are available
