Hi! doctor my daughter is having stomach pain from yesterday an fever i gave her Neutrolin B an meftal she has passed loose motions 4 times so plz can u advise as to what else should i give her or these medicines are fine

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if dloose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
syp emeset / ondem 5ml for vomiting.
