Hi doctor, my daughter is having fever from last night, it's 101.5f she is of 4.5yrs old and weight is 16 kgs. I gave calpol 250 ( 4ml) in the morning, but still fever is there and not eating much. Meftal p how much ml can we give in. high fever?

A. Of fever is not coming down even after calpol then only give mefal p after one hour of calpol otherwise wait and let the temperature come down give more liquids to thebaby

A. it is to be given only in high fever when your doctor recommends it otherwise only Paracetamol is sufficient you can also give ayurVedic medicine like Giloy decoction to reduce the fever
