Recurrent cough and cold episodes are mostly viral in origin which may subsides by 3-9 days.no need of medication if it is mild.give cough syrup as per baby cough condition(dry/wet)
if baby decreased oral intake,decreased urine output then visit your nearest pediatrician once.

Cherricof you can give to the child three times in the day and you can give it for about 3 to 5 days which is what is going to be good and you can continue with this medicine for five days of the child despite of five day medication and consult your doctor
