Hi doctor my daughter is 7M old, how many hours of sleep is required for her daily? Some say 14 hours of sleep is required for a baby’s brain to develop.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no specific time of sleep There is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to a particular sleeping pattern no need to worry about this at present if the baby is taking feeding properly and otherwise active

as per your child age 12 to 14 hours sleep is good
please provide comfortable environment for proper sleep
