Hi Doctor, My daughter is 21 months old having 100 fever and running nose from yesterday - which paracetamol suspension syrup can I use for fever - P250 or P500 and what is the dosage. Is there any medicine you can suggest for cold as well. thank you.

A. pcm drop can be given 6 hoylulry. Temperature more than 99 ° f is fever . It should be checked 2 to 3 times . Paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times for fever . It may be due to any infection or seasonal variation .
